[Feat request] distribute as an Appium driver

Hi there, I see you have this on your roadmap! Let me know if the Appium team can be of any assistance. Using the appium-windows-driver as a basis is probably not a bad start.

I managed to write a driver based on appium-windows-driver. Very early stages, core functionality works, but I will need some help. Here is the repo, currently there is no npm package: https://github.com/picakia/appium-flaui-driver

@pm90pl Unfortunately it's not done, but works good enough for basic testing in my opinion
