SQLite is busy error when built for Windows, wails dev on WSL works normally

Whenever the application is built for windows, the migrations won't succeed because the database is apparently busy. This causes the data.db file to be created, but the application to crash at first boot. When you start it up after that, it starts but in de devtools (when built with -debug) it shows that the database is busy.
