dcm2mnc issue with Siemens Prisma scanner (QSM and multi-echo fieldmap)

We are encountering an issue with two sequences that may be related:

• QSM scan type: dcm2mnc creates 4 different images but it should actually create:
  • 32 magnitude files (1 for each coil (32-channel))
  • 1 combined magnitude file (for all coils combined)
  • 32 phase files (1 for each coil (32-channel ))
  • 1 combined phase file (for all coils combined)
• multi-echo fieldmap: dcm2mnc does not handle it properly (weird intensities in the files) and a lot of files are missing from the conversion (only 4 MINC files created). After conversion there should have been:
  • one magnitude file for each coil (32 images per echo)
  • one magnitude file for all coils combined (1 image per echo)
  • one phase file for each coil (32 images per echo)
  • one phase file for all coils combined (1 image per echo)
