[BUG] Forms Recognizer Returning "Resource Not Found"

Describe the bug

Trained a custom model to recognize some pdf's.
When using the custom model id, the below line
AnalyzeDocumentOperation operation = client.AnalyzeDocument(WaitUntil.Completed, modelId, fileStream);
throws an error saying "Resource Not Found", even though I have used the same model name.

Expected behavior

It should recognize the model and give the fields selected from the PDF.

Actual behavior

Resource not found error.

Reproduction Steps

Train Model.
Use that model id and run the code.
It should be reproduced.
